Catering
Catering prices shown are for 40 people or more and include delivery within Gainesville as well as one of our staff (or more depending how large your party is) to assist you with your party. For parties less than 40 people, ask about borrowing our equipment and what delivery fees may or may not apply to your situation. Please don't rent catering equipment before you talk to us about using ours. Ask about David's "Self Service Catering".

How Much Food Do I Need To Order?
Here are some general guidelines to help plan your party. You know your guests better than we do. UF defensive linemen
would generally eat more food than say the "Red Hat Ladies". Keep in mind these general guidelines. Ask any
of David's management members for assistance.
BBQ Meats
3 servings per pound for dinner portion
5-6 per pound if serving sandwiches for lunch
Side Dishes
(beans, slaw, green beans, etc...)
We figure 25-30 servings per gallon
Drinks
Sweet Tea (or Unsweet) 10 - 12 per gallon
Bread
Garlic Bread (16 slices per loaf)
10 people per loaf
Desserts
Pan of Banana Pudding usually serves 25 - 30
Other Options
Veggie Lasagna
Pan of Lasagna usually serves 12
